Tribe Agency has been in me my entire life!

Ever since I was a young adult, I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to launch my own company, in the pursuit of my passions. I always knew one day I would, and that day is now!  

Let’s start at the beginning… After graduating college from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, I had the good fortune of landing my first job in medical sales and never turned back.

During my 25+ years in the medical device space, I have worked for some of the best companies in the industry, including Johnson & Johnson, Fuji Films Sonosite (formerly Cardio Dynamics) and Intuitive Surgical. During my time at these companies, I worked with incredible mentors, surgeons and hospital executives who have shaped me into the person I am today. They were essentially my own professional “tribe” who helped me go from a young, eager (albeit green!) medical sales rep to a 20-year industry veteran in Executive Sales Leadership and Marketing.  

During my 12 years at Intuitive (the makers of the da Vinci Robot), I got to experience what many never do, “lightening in a bottle”. It was that experience that shaped my skill set in building Key Opinion Leaders, Launching Disruptive technologies to market, Branding and Marketing Robotic Surgeons / Pulmonologists and leading several high-performance teams to success. It was truly one of the most incredible experiences in my career. I learned so much about business, leadership and networking and I will be forever grateful to Intuitive. 

In addition, I have an incredible tribe in my personal life. I have been blessed with great life mentors, a beautiful family (mom to three boys) and an incredibly, loving husband. A life philosophy of mine is surround yourself with incredible people, that are better than you, build you up and support you, aka I built a “Tribe”.
