She’s a professional storyteller, podcast host, and brand strategist who spent the previous 12 years launching surgical robotics to market at Intuitive, the makers of da Vinci, and held leadership roles at Johnson & Johnson and Fujifilm.

Steph Pliha lives in sunny Newport Beach with her husband, three boys, and their Siberian husky named "Jon Snow".

With two decades worth of corporate experience in leadership and marketing, she finally decided to set out on her own...

Tom is a highly experienced designer with a passion for brand design and digital experience. During his career, Tom has worked in design agencies across the UK, Germany and Australia. Helping to establish major technology brands.

Now based in the UK, Tom is now a key member of our Design team, with a focus on bringing our clients' brands to life in the digital space.

Alexis McArdle

With a decade of experience in the med-device field, I'm passionate about helping companies bring innovative ideas to life. From industry giants like Intuitive to high-growth startups, I've honed my expertise in strategic planning and upstream development, guiding clients through the exciting landscape of medical technology.

My background in biomedical engineering fuels my passion for this industry, and I leverage that knowledge to ensure our clients are on the cutting edge. When I'm not strategizing or dissecting the latest trends, you'll find me soaking up the beauty of New England's outdoors – or plotting my next travel adventure!

Fiona Stolorz

Based in San Francisco, CA, Fiona Stolorz is a multi-disciplinary designer with a background in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Her current focus is on spearheading branding initiatives in the med-tech sector, where she excels in crafting engaging digital assets that fuel the growth of early-stage startups.

Passionate about user-centric design and innovating solutions for healthcare, Fiona is always eager to tackle new challenges and opportunities to elevate design standards. Outside of work, she can be found baking sweet treats and exploring San Francisco's scenic hikes and beaches.

Naomi Murray

From Ireland, Naomi Murray is a social media manager with a background in Media & Public Relations. Her main goal is to help businesses and brands increase their awareness and build a following through social media.

She has always loved the creative side of the job and loves nothing more than to turn a vision into reality through content creation.

McKenna Bond

Our creative Director, McKenna Bond, is an experienced video design creator and editor, with a background in Communications through Media. Originally from Southern California, McKenna is now Austin-based and is thriving. She has traveled to nearly 30 countries, has a passion for fashion, design and beauty, and is inspired to influence those around her through her passion for all these things. She has 12+ years of business experience under her belt, from managerial sales roles to wedding and event planning, she is skilled in her role and eager to develop content that will elevate other entrepreneurs’ businesses and spirits. You can typically find her cooking dinner for her friends in her Austin home, or walking her dog Henry along Lady Bird Lake.
